Whenever possible, DELLAGATE’s client’s information is kept in the cloud. This ensures the client can always have access to their files.

Non-disclosure

When an agreement of working together is reached, DELLAGATE will send you a welcome package which will include a non-disclosure agreement. We want our clients to know that their information is safe.

Initial learning curve is on us!

A new relationship with a customer requires a comprehensive briefing. We have to know as much as possible about you in order to be efficient. The first hour of the getting to know you, the client, is free!

What we expect from you

You have a clear vision of what you want to achieve. You have a strategy and a solid idea how to implement them. You are “electronic-age” savvy and you are used to a collaborative relationship with a virtual team or are willing to learn how to work with a virtual team. You are diligent, timely and precise. You are a good communicator: you are able to provide us with clear and comprehensive instructions. You are always polite when communicating to us, no matter the circumstances. You conduct your business ethically.

Hours

We work during regular working hours: 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. ET. Exceptions are possible if agreed in advance.
