Fair Billing

DELLAGATE uses time tracking software for hourly billing, to ensure that clients only pay for the time worked. A detailed report is submitted to the client with each invoice. (Projects and Custom Packages are billed as agreed.)

Non-disclosure

When an agreement of working together is reached, DELLAGATE will provide a confidentiality agreement along with the service contract. We want our clients to know that their information is safe.

What we expect from you

You have a clear vision of what you want to achieve. You have a strategy and a solid idea how to implement them. You are “electronic-age” savvy and you are used to a collaborative relationship with a virtual team or are willing to learn how to work with a virtual team. You are diligent, timely and precise. You are a good communicator: you are able to provide us with clear and comprehensive instructions. You are always polite when communicating to us, no matter the circumstances. You conduct your business ethically.

We offer tailored, highly efficient, dedicated, confidential remote office support for our clients. We have decades of expertise in many different fields. We are extremely organized and proficient. We have excellent communication skills: written, verbal and interpersonal.

Hours

We are available during regular working hours: 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. ET. Exceptions are possible, when agreed in advance.
